The plan of attack for the FieldPulse brand enhancement is to create a cohesive, tradesman-focused brand experience by refining the visual identity, tone of voice, and customer journey across all touch points. This includes updating brand guidelines, redesigning marketing materials, and aligning the product interface with the enhanced brand. The project will build on FieldPulse's current brand presence to resonate more deeply with tradesmen, aiming to increase engagement, retention, and lead conversion.
